Confidential prayer, encouragement, and spiritual guidance for individuals and families during seasons of need, transition, or growth.
Hospital & Bereavement Support
Compassionate outreach to members facing illness, hospitalization, loss, or grief, including prayer, follow-up, and support for families.
Member Follow-Up & Connection
Intentional Check-ins with new members, returning members, and those who may be disconnected, ensuring no one walks alone.
Crisis & Major Life-Event Support
Care and referrals during personal crises such as family emergencies, emotional distress, or major life changes.
Celebration Milestone Care
Acknowledging significant moments such as births, marriages, anniversaries, and achievements, and reinforcing community and belonging.
